2. Tour homes and write a strong offer
I send you homes inside your payment and help you compare areas with real sale prices. When you find the one, I use recent sales to set your price, keep your terms clean and negotiate for you. Negotiating is the part of this job I enjoy most.
3. Inspection to keys

When you find the perfect property, we leverage our negotiation skills and market knowledge to secure the best deal. From offers to inspections and closing coordination, we handle every detail to ensure a smooth transition into your new home.
